One thing I’ve had my eye on is lifestyle photography. Or documentary-style photography.  Or biographical photography.  I consider them all one in the same.  It’s following a person or a family through their day and capturing the behind-the-scenes/often unseen moments.

I was heading over to a friends house for dinner and I just-so-happen to have a new camera lens I wanted to test out.  Fortunately, that friend has three little ones so there was plenty of action to practice on.  While I was mostly testing out the lens, I did try to capture some shots in the spirit of “a day in the life of . . . ”
